Washer won't dispense fabric softener

The fabric softener will not dispense at all. It did when I got it last May. What do I do to fix it?

Mc,

First pull out the dispenser drawer, remove the syphon cap off the rinse dispenser cup, and check the tube and the underside of the cap for clogs, softner build up. If the cap or tube are restricted, the syphon effect will not occur and the softner will remain in the cup.
Do all the other cups dispense ? did you evr have a fail code in the display ?
