Default Water Valve Replacement
Model Number: Maytag Atlantis MAV-31   Brand: Maytag   Age: 1 - 5 years

On part # 22002360 it looks like the "leads" are perpendicular to the hose attachment. On mine that needs replacing, the leads are parallel....do you know if the top part (the leads) rotates around so that it will mirror my existing valve? Thanks

Hi Cary

I do not think you got the right part. What is the complete model number of your washer?

Gene.

Default Water Valve Replacement

Gene,
Thanks....I can't read the Model # on the back because the decal is corroded. My manual says MAV-31 and it's an Atlantis.

My part looks identical to the 22002360 but where the wires connect to the leads they are in line w/ the water outlet...

Do you have an automated water temperature control option on the control panel?

Gene.
