My Washer will fill with water and also empty the water. Problem:
when it comes to the spin cycle the drum will not turn. I can hear the motor and it also sound like gears trying to catch.:confused:

That would be a coupler problem. You have to take the clips off the pump, and then the clips off the motor, and it is attached to the motor and the clutch. The part # is 285753. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
