My washer door lock seems too not lock so that my load can begin so please help me fix this problem because i had a technician come too my residence and he attempted too fix the problem but was not successful in the situation after charging me a $140.00 fee with the problem still not resolved

The technician attempted too fix what he tought may have been the problem in which he took the washer apart and found a sox in the bottom of the barrel then he put the washer back together and did a test run which it still wouldn't run right and being that i don't know anything about this appliance i thought that the situation was fixed but apparently it wasn't the part that he handled that needed fixing so please help me configure the problem at hand so that i won't have too pay an additional $140.00 thank you yours truly Rosa Mattei

My washer door lock seems too not lock so that my load can begin so please help me fix this
