Does anyone know if I can replace the lid switch on a Kenmore 1102291200 with water in the tub? If not, how do I get the water out of the tub?

YOu can do one of two things.

You can replace the lid switch with water in the tub, as it involves removing the cabinet but leaving the tub and basket in place.

or

You can open up the console and by pass the lid switch by jumpering it at the connector from the console. This will allow the machine to go through the cycle, drain the water and you can then fix it.

Here is a video that should helpl.
