hello ,
i have a g-e profile performance widard washer , a few months out of warrenty :( . while doing a load of wash the washer was going into high speed spin heard a clunking noise ! drum wasnt spinning , water was draining ? ( clothes stayed soaking wet ) tried to do another load of wash , same thing all function working except washer wont go into high speed spin ? ( i did pick-up a foul oder comming from the washer ? ) can you help ?

Take off the front cover and operate the machine in high spin mode. If the motor is turning freely and the pulley on the transmission is turning then I suspect something has gone wrong with the transmission.
