This machine does everything but spin. It just goes one direction for 15 seconds, stops and goes the other direction for 15 seconds. It does this repeatedly throughout the entire spine mode.

Inside the lower service panel you should find a set of tech notes that will allow you to test some components. The speed/motor control board, which is a circuit board that controls the motor is the place to start.
