I have a GE front loader that makes a loud noise upon start up sounds like a chain chattering on a chainsaw just not as load. looking for input on possible issuies as last time the local company came out it they took it for almost 6 weeks supposablly was a bad control panel but now everytime i want to use it i must kick my C/B off to reset the washer but i will post that problem in another thread to keep them seperated so i may keep the fixs seperated in my head.
Thanks
Jon

Take off the top panela and the rear panel. Sounds like something is broken or wrong with the support structures, and you may be able to see the problem by a close visual inspection. If not, operate it with the rear panel off and see if that helps locate the issue.
