:) Hi: I have 2 of the WN0532HW LG Washers. One on the first floor and one in the basement. (purchased spring 2004) There are 2 pumps, one for draining and the other for circulation.
The drain pumps seem to work fine but the circulation pumps make grinding noise. Could anyone tell me how this pump works. Does it pump water to the top of the drum? Is it under pressure and causes a spray? How do you tell if the water is getting thru the hose and to the sprayer, if it's a sprayer.
I can't see any water coming down from the top or any spraying. Does this circulation help clean the clothes? Thank you.

If your machine is less than 1 year old it should still have factory warranty left and LG should be able to fix any problem.

Very few of us who respond on this Forum have experience with LG, so I cannot offer you any additional guidance, but your post will remain up and maybe someone else can give you further guidance.

Good Luck.
