Hello,

I would like to start by saying thank, your website help me previously with a dryer that would not heat up. I purchased the parts from your company replaced it myself and it is running great.

Ok onto my new problem I have a GE model WDSR2080DAWW top loading washer that will not agitate, about 2 to 3 years ago the agitator coupling was replaced under a warranty. I believe it has failed again, with the agitator off the coupling spins freely, but if I lift the coupling up maybe a quarter of an inch the coupling grabs hold. I do not know if this is how it is supposed to work so any advise on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Ok I did some checking on the coupler, the base of the coupler was fine but as I looked in more more in the center I noticed that there were flat spots on the teeth. So looks like I just have to replace the coupler again.

Thanks All,
