Hi i had a problem with final spin cycle, it would spin and drain water but not at high speed and found the problem to be the foam stabilizer at the bottom of the drum and now it seem to work but now i have to unlock the latch mechanism which i accidently locked while it was outside the machine and could not get to open it. Is there a way to manually reset these latches please....hep

I am not sure exactly what you need, but this service manual for the Neptune should help. Your model is discussed in detail at the back.

Hello, i have also accidently depressed the latch and now it wont close. Please help me on how to unlatch it? I have the manual, it has no clear instructions on how to release the latch. IT is not the cable which releases the wax motor, that is not the problem.

Kampat did you find a way to release that latch?
