Model Number: 110.27812692 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
my top loading washer will not drain or spin. I noticed a few months ago that it did not drain or spin on the delicate cycle only but now it is not draining and spinning on any of the cycles.
Please advise. Related Models |

If it runs, and does not drain, you could very well have a broken coupler. Unplug the washer, and pull it away from the wall, and then lean it back, and rest it there. Then go underneath with your flashlight, and look behind the motor, you will see the coupler. One piece is mounted to the motor, with three nipples, and then you will see a black rubber piece mounted to it, and there will be another piece with three nipples mounted on the transmission. Make sure the nipples or the rubber is not broken. If all is well, remove the pump, and see if it is not clogged. get a 3/8s extention, and put it in the shaft of the pump, and turn it, and see if it turns. The pump is held on by a upper and lower clip. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
