HI, My Whirlpool top loader will not start spinning at times. Other times it will spin but is slower than normal. And some times, it works fine. It appears to be a slippage problem although I've looked at the clutch and brakes and no sign of wear. Coupling is like new. Water levels are same as always. Motor appears to be running normally as agitation is fine. Any idea of what to check??
