Newly installed dispenser not the problem

Model Number: GLTF1670ASO Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

Dispenser stopped initially,then worked intermittantly-now after installing new dispenser assembly the problem still exists.Is the trigger circuit the problem or the siphon? What do I need? I already tried the service call route-what a waste of time-the technician told me that he could find no problem.
