admiral Washing, agitates good but makes noise when it goes into spin cycle, it
Model Number: AAV7000AWW Brand: Admiral Age: 5 - 10 years
The machine washes well, agitator works but when it goes into spin it makes a grinding noise and gradually gets up to speed.

Tilt the washer back. Remove the belt and check how freely the pump pulley is moving in both directions. If there is any obstructions, replace the pump.
