after the washer sits overnight there is a little puddle of water on the rubber gasket when you open the door. I believe it is the inlet water valve, would you agree. I hate to order the part ap3128776 and thats not it?

I would think so, but first be sure that no water is being trapped in the dispenser assembly and hoses out from it due to a partial clog or something.
