Model Number: 417.44142400   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years

I have had thumping in the spin cylces of my front loading wash machine. Upon examining it I have discovered the shock absorbers are broken. It looks like an easy repair, is it? I'd like to know before I order the parts.

The repair was extremely easy. Wash machine works great again!
