Model Number: SAV205DAWW Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a Maytag top-load washer Model #SAV205DAWW which leaks from the drum (I think) onto the top of the transmission. Is there a likely seal or something at the bottom of the drum which is a no-brainer or is it possibly a number of things? I have already found the service tech's manual online from Maytag and a diagram of how it all (sorta) fits together from applianceproparts.com, but I'm afraid to tear into it for fear of not being able to get it all back together correctly. Any help?
