Hi,

The upper agitator does not spin. How easy is this to fix? The washer is fairly old but in good shape and has worked great for years. So far I told me wife to only wash small loads so the upper agitator not working doesn't matter as much but this won't last long. So it is fix this one or buy a new one.

Most likely the agitator dogs, part # 80040 easy fix.
There are several posts with instructions.
