Looks like Bayatec is actually Hoover machines in Iran

Have never seen a washer with a heater but that does not mean they do not make them. Get the Model Number and look at the Bayatec and/or Hoover websites. You may just have to get the specs or operators manual on a machine that looks the same

No I did not say that there are not any units without a heater.
Some front loads do have a heater and I may have assumed incorrectly that you had a top load.

This is a US site so info on units outside the US is very limited.
The only way to get info, that I know of, is to go to the original manufacturer.
