My washer began to jump around & make loud knocking noise when spinning out. I took off the back panel to look inside & found a washer laying at the bottom. After looking at a diagram of the washer tub I found that the nut, washer & plate fell off so the tub jumps violently. But the diagram doesn't describe where these parts belong. I need to know where they go to replace them.

I am not sure what you have, but the service manual has a very good description and pics of the supports, so see if this will help you.
