Cant get back cover off of washer

Cant get back cover off of washer

Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Need to get at the pump, need to know how to. took the screws out of back and it is still tight not lose.

Well we need to see a model number, but if this is a top load direct drive Whirlpool you don't take off the back, you take off the cabinet.
