Model Number: WFW8300SW04 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
For the past several months the washer would randomly indicate F20 error code - you could press cancel and the start cycle and it would complete full cycle. The issue became worse until it was very difficult to get a full cycle completed. Cleaned drains and replaced pressure switch and now get F27 error code. Washer will sometimes complete a full cycle but rarely....what now?

Wilson, Both of the codes you mentioned are indications of a water level problem. You've replaced the water level switch, but check and make sure the connector on the new switch, and the harness to the CCU(main control board), did not get knocked loose during the repair. Remove the air hose from the water level switch, and blow into the hose,as hard as possible, to clear any debris that may have accumulated in the hose. Remove the lower panel, and remove the filter from the drain pump and check and clear any debris from the filter and the interior of the pump, and hoses. You may want to remove the hoses from the faucet and fill valve, and clean any sediment from the filter screens from both components, and also flush the faucets for a minute or two, to clear debris in the water supply pipes. I'm pretty sure you'll be fine after these checks, repairs. Good Luck,
