some sort of a greasy fluid leaks out in the washer during spin cycle leaving clothes with stains

Remove the dispenser cup and check for any buildups inside. Remove the agitator and check the transmission shaft.

Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire washer Model CWS3600AS1

I would also recommend to use Washer Magic to clean the washer and keep it clean and smell fresh.
