Frigidaire Crown Series washer fills, agitates, drains, then spins the dirty water fine. There is the time at the start of the rinse when it starts adding the rinse water, the motor rod is spinning and the part that is connected to the rod that the belt goes around is spinning but the belt is not turning.

After the tub fills with rinse water the agitation works, drains fine, and the final spin work.

Is there a time at the start of the rinse cycle when rinse water is added and the motor spins the belt and tub for a bit before it stops spinning and fills with rinse water?

Is there a pin or something in the motor that may be missing or broken?

Frigidaire Crown Series model FWXB23RGS0 2000 model year.

Everything else seems to be working, though old, except for this part of the process.

Thank you
