Agitator Won't Turn Manually?
Model Number: 11092429800 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
If I Can't Move The Agitator By Hand, What Causes This? This Is The Same Washer That Agitates Just Fine, But When Advances To Spin/drain Cycle It Stops And There's No Sound At All. It Does This On All Cycles(reg., Perma-a-press, Gentle). Any Info. Will Be Much Appreciated!

Hi,
You may not be able to turn the bottom of the agitator by hand. If the washer does not make a sound during pump out or spin then it's time to check the washer lid switch.
