My Frigidaire Crown Series top load washer was agitating but would not spin. It did drain the water. The lid lock did lock when it was in the spin position. It was smelling like burning belt so I replaced the belt. It did not fix it. The rod poking out the top of the motor that is connected to the metal circular thing that the belt goes around (sorry about the wrong terms) spins but does not turn the belt. I can turn the belt and drum either direction.

I would appreciate any help.
