washer fills with water but does not agitate nor does it spin in the spin cycle but will drain the water. Washer is not a belt drive system.

Remove the outer panel, pull the water pump and motor If coupler broken, replace it AP3963893. Now, turn the tranny coupler clockwise till the tranny engages the spin gear.
If the coupler is hard to turn, you either have something jammed in the tub, or dragging brake shoes.

thank you for the input you were right i pulled the pump and motor to find that the coupling and isolation disc were both damage. I will replace and hopefully it would work, thanks again for your help.
