The model above is overflowing intermittently. Sometimes it overflows and sometimes it doesn't. If I turn the dial it will drain correctly and the water turns off if I push the button in to stop the washer. Why is it doing
it sometimes and not all the time? If it doesn't overflow it works just fine.
I just have to watch that it doesn't overflow.

Take off the front cover by inserting a screwdriver in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release clips that hold the front on.

You should see a plastic tube that runs from the left side of the tub to the console. This is an air tube that activates a pressure switch to stop and start the fill process. Clean out the tube and where it goes into the tub and that may fix your problem.

My washer overflows on the wash cycle primarily. How do I check to see if its the water level switch or the intake valve that is causing the problem?
