I hooked up the power & water and I can not get even a humm our of either of the electrcal motors. I have power at the buss block of 240 volts with 120 volts on each leg. I checed out the interlock on the dryer door and it works. There is power at the round connector near the dryer motor.

Is there some kind of in line fuse somewhere. I don't have an operators manual.

Please help!

P.S. There is another number near the model number I indicated above. It is LE400MXW1

It sounds like you are not getting power to either the washer or the dryer. The likely problem is a broken or shorted neutral wire. The neutral wire should be a white wire coming from the connection block, follow it and test it with a meter for continuity and you should find your problem.

If that does not have a problem, do the same check with the black wire coming from the connection block.

Be sure and do this with the machine disconnected.
