After loading up the washer with too much...Im guessing....the washer now does not drain. It does everything else but. I pulled the filter out of the fron and it was empty. Before I call for service is there anything I can do myself to fix it? Should I take the back panel off...and if so, what would my next step be?
Thank you.

Looks like this is the Canadian model. Unfortunately we are not able to get any technical information for non American models.
