I'm thinking you have a damaged or broken motor drive coupling or possibly an object in the pump ?

Does the washer spin and drain properly ?

To access the motor, pump and coupler,

Remove the three screws holding the lower dryer front panel to the dryer front panel, drop panel and lift off unit.

Release the two large retaining spring clips, (using a flat blade screwdriver) and slide the washer top panel forward and off the cabinet.

Remove the 2, 5/16" screws across the top, holding the front panel to the frame.

Remove the brace holding the panel to the frame, then remove the front panel.

You now should have access the the pump, motor and coupling,in the lower right hand corner of the cabinet, under the tub. everything there is held in place by spring loaded clips and 2 screws on the motor clips,

You'll do fine and have it diagnosed and fixxed in no time.
