Default whirlpool washer

Whirlpool Mod#gsq9344eq0,fills Fine On Hot Water It Starts Fine On Cold Then Slows To Trickle. It Does The Same On The Rinse Cycle. What part would I need to change.

I would be looking at the supply line for kinks or obstruction in the hose. Disconnect the supply line from the back of the washer and check the screen for debris. While the hose is disconnected, put the hose in a bucket and turn on the valve to check your flow.

I have same problem - water pressure at washer end of each hose is fine.
