The front load washer will start a cycle but the timer will stop decreasing and the washer acts as if it is still trying to drain water (the pump continues to cycle) when the water is drained. The hose is not kinked, the drain line is clear. There is no error message indicated. There was a problem with the drain line, and I got an F-2 message. I cleared the line and it drains quickly but it still won't complete a cycle.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

AA Do you still get the F2 code ? Where in the cycle does it stop advancing ? Something to try, Unplug the power cord, and remove the top panel. On the right side of the cabinet interior, you'll find the water level switch, and air pressure hose. Disconnect the hose from the switch,and blow into the hose, also check and make sure the hose is not twisted or kinked, blowing into the hose, should clear any possible clogs. You may also want to remove the lower front panel, and remove the drain pump filter/cap and check for a possible detergent or water deposit build up. Good Luck, :) :) :)

I get no more error codes. In a normal wash cycle, it stops about the time it should go to rinse (the 25 minute mark) It washes fine, but after the water drains out, it acts as if it still senses water. I have checked and cleared the drain and that is all clear.
I will try the other suggestion.

Thanks, Allen, Thanks for the update, The water level switch has to reset to the empty status or the pump will remain on, display wont advance,etc. Based on the additional information, make sure the cold water faucet is ON/open, and theres cold water to the fill valve connection, You may need a water inlet valve, rinse cycles are automatically cold water, no cold fill at the rinse cycle, washer will stop and won't advance. :) :) :)
