Washer trips breaker in agitation or spin cycle
Model Number: LNC6764A71 Brand: Admiral Age: More than 10 years
Washer fills, then stops and motor starts humming, then it trips my breaker. It smells like rubber burning. Should I get a new motor for it? Help please, anyone know what to do next?

That sounds like a bad motor to me.

A new motor is about $114, if ordered from this site. Replacement is a personal call.
