washes, fills rinses drains but won't spin. I found a broken belt that I assume is the "Ring, sound deadening" but not sure if I am right. I have the parts list and the Manual and am guessing as it looks to be the only 'belt' in the parts list...:confused:

You probably have a worn clutch AP3094537 and bad brake shoes AP3094432
You will need to confirm this by taking the washer apart.

Thank you for the quick reply but I have the broken belt in hand.. I have a local repair man that I think I will call just thought I could pick up the new belt and I am assuming that I will have ot take it apart to get the new belt on anyway...

You have a coupler on this, not a belt.
