Look inside the lower service panel and you should find tech notes that will explain the error code and tell you how to troubleshoot the machine.

I fond the error code sheet and the error code e20 is not on it.

Well darn.
In this case I am going to suggest you replace the main control board. If you buy from this site (no, those of us who respond are not associated with APP or its parts operations so we are making independent recommendations) and the part does not fix the problem you can return it.
