First off, I cannot find the model number anywhere. It is a Whirlpool Gold Ultimate Care II. I just replaced the coupler due to a no-spin. simple. Now, when the spin cycle stops, the drum stops, but a horrendous rattle/scrape/grind noise starts and keeps on until the motor spins down. I am not completely sure I put the brake assembly together correctly, since I cannot find the model number, and therefore any parts diagrams. My drive block looks fine. I removed the agitator and watched the cycle with the cabinet off and that part is nice and tight, no problem there. I am going to disassemble it again, but would appreciate any assistance.

Okay, I am a dunce. I put that water filled ring on upside down. It makes a hell of a rattling noise that way. I am good to go.
