When selecting any temp setting other than COLD COLD no water will fill. I have check the hot water supply line and everything is in working order. I have a feeling it has to do with the auto temp sensor. What is the recommended course of action?

When you say the hot is good did you undo the hose from the machine and run it into a pail?
Did you check the filter screen on the input side of the water valve?

We're having the exact same issue with our Neptune as harperhomewa. COLD/COLD works fine, but no water when you use the other settings. If it were the hot water line, then you would expect at least the cold water to come in when you use the WARM setting, right? So I think its something screwed up with the control panel logic or temperature sensor.

harperhomewa, did you ever find a solution?

Also, by the way, *sometimes* we can get the WARM/COLD or WARM/WARM to work, but usually not.
