My washer keeps pausing between cycles. We are pretty sure it has a clog somewhere. We have checked the drainage pipe and nothing is there so we believe it is inside the pumps but can't figure out how to get to the pumps to see if the problem is there. How can we get to the pumps and if the problem isn't in the pumps what else could make our machine constantly pause and not spin out all the water?

We will need a proper model number to help you with this. The model you provided is not working.

If you pull the washer out, there is an access panel on the back of the washer. Remove this panel, and you will see the pump. There is a hose that runs from the pump to the tub. Remove this hose and check the filter cup. Most likely this is where your problem is. Hope this helps.
