My washing machine will only fill and agitate.
After the wash agitate cycle is done, it should drain, spin and refill for the rince cycle. It doesn't.
The selector knob usually makes a ticking noise during this phase but it no longer does.
This is the same for all wash selections, even if you move the knob by hand.
I'm thinking either the lid switch went bad or the knob mechanism?

Right now, I've got a washer full of clothes sitting in water.

Any ideas?
