We had an electrical fire. The washer was on the same circuit. I went to do a load and...nothing. Checked voltage back to the inverter board. All good. The Red LED light on Inverter does not come on. There is discoloration around something that looks like a step-down tansformer and two small alluminum heat sinks. Board fried?

Any input at all would be much appreciated.

If you have voltage coming to the board, but none coming out, then yes you have a bad board. Here is the part number. Part number: AP3204590

Thanks for such a quick response. I did not check outgoing voltage at any of the pins. I wasn't sure what the values should be and which pin-set should be live when the washer isn't cycling.

According to research, if the red led light is out on your board then it is bad, if you have voltage coming in. Hope this helps.:)
