washer is not spining its making ahumming sound when its suppose 2 b spining

Open the control panel and check the relay board (#17 on the diagram) for a burned spots and/or cold solder joints.

A couple of easy, mechanical checks you probably should make, before we go too far,

Does the washer fill and wash and drain ?

We can almost eliminate the lower components (motor, pump, and coupler) and concentrate on the control,or relay board first, if it does.
