Model Number: Speed Queen AA4411W Brand: Speed Queen Age: More than 10 years
Water was leaking out of my Speed Queen AA4411W. I took off the panel and noticed water was being flung every where - was not a simple leaking hose or connection.
I assume it is the drive bell seal. I ordered AP4 53766. I took apart my washer (had to get a flywheel puller from Autozone) and underneath the drive bell were two thick rubber washers, a metal spring, and a metal ring. Plus another rubber boot that is still on the lo The kit I received has 1 rubber boot, it does not match the old stuff at all. I called and now I am receiving ap2406132. There were no pics on the website so today I asked for one and got it. It is very similiar to my first order. Has this been redesigned? do I pull all the old rubber and metal boots, washers, rings and replace it with this one boot (plus the screw, o ring, and grease). PS - I found the attachments - please review against part numbers mentioned. Thanks AP4253766 Ads By Google Related Models Last edited by DIYJeff : 02-16-2011 at 03:01 PM. |
