Recently, the agitator seems to weaken. the washer sound has weaker than how it sounds normal.
Please advice me on how to diagnose/repair the problem. thanks in advance

Thanks again.

Well, it sounded normal again after lightening the laundry "load."

when its bad, The clothes won't go down the tank and will be characterized by a louder sound with some grinding noise.

thats the best I can do to describe the problem.

The top part of the agitator should move one way only if you move it manually. Does it move in both ways or not?

Gene.
