Default washer repair help
Model Number: CA2751XYWO   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years

I just started working on my own app. (i have several building) I have electrical back round as well as mech.
currently i have the above washer doing the following, it will not spin or agitate however it will drian all the water from the tub. It is a comercial washer and so i ran the washer by working the timer by hand. Could this be a Gear case problem?

Thanks for this great forum, I look forward to hearing your reply.

Hi,

This is a direct drive washer, just like the home ones.
I would check the motor coupler.
This video maybe of some help.
