When you start the washing machine water will run in and shut off. Selecter switch sits in same spot an washer does not start to agitate. Tried advancing knob an still no adgitating. Advanced knob to spin cycle no spin cycle it will pump water out but control knob does not advance. Lights for door lock an was cycle light up. How does the knob come off the control selector?

Pulled board it has a blown fuse. Can the fuse be replaced?
