Spin cycle does not fully spin out, clothes are dripping wet and take much longer to dry

Well you want to check if the internal drain lines are clear.
If they are ok, this is a very old machine, and my best advice is to replace it. Even if you are able to repair it, it might not have enough life left to justify the cost and effort. You have gotten your money's worth out of it.
