Hello I have a maytag top load washer m#lat9616aae, will not spin it will drain and pump water out, I replaced both belts and put a new roller kit in the motor, but it will only squeal and not spin the tub, I have looked for obstructions between inner and outer tubs and find nothing, Trans mission pully on bottom can be rotated by hand CW and it will spin the transmission, it will rotate CCW and looks like the brake pacage is doing its job?? I am at a loss as what to check next.
