Hi can someone please helpe me out? I have a Kenmore washing machine. This morning during the middle of a wash (indicates 15min left, so probably during the draining stage?), the washer stops working. After 10min, the indicator shows 13min is left. I'm guessing the timer still works, just something to do with the water drainage/intake valve? I've tried to put it in "spin cycle" mode just to drain off the excess water but the washer makes quick sound and stops again. I've tried to re-start a new wash cycle but similarly there was a quick sound and it stops again....is it something to do with the drainage/intake valve?? or could it be the circuit board?

This is a Canadian model and I cannot get your number to come up on this site or the Sears site, so if you can check it and let us know if you have it correct.

It may be that you have a problem with the door or lid switch, so that is an area I would focus on.
